You can receive money sent to you through Kyodai Remittance at our designated payout counters in Japan. This service is operated in partnership with Ria Money Transfer and requires specific documents and steps to collect your funds safely.
Where you can receive your payment
You can receive your remittance at any of our Kyodai Remittance branches across Japan.
Kyodai agents are not authorized to process payments — you must go to a Kyodai branch or Ria payout counter.
Confirm which branches can process remittances here.

You will need to fill out the “Statement for Remittance with Declaration” form at the counter.

Things to know about receiving money
The beneficiary’s name on the transaction must match your ID exactly (same order and spelling).
It is highly recommended to confirm details with the sender before visiting the branch to avoid delays.
Kyodai Remittance (Ria Money Transfer) may refuse payment if the information is incomplete or inconsistent.
For payments over ¥200,000, you must contact the branch in advance to arrange pickup.
