If you need to update a recipient’s details—such as their name, contact information, address, or bank account—you can easily do this right inside your KyodaiApp.
Step-by-step guide
Open your KyodaiApp on your smartphone.
Tap the “Beneficiaries” icon at the bottom of the home menu.
Select the recipient whose information you want to edit.
Tap the pencil icon in the section you want to update — for example:
Recipient details
Identification or document details
Contact information
Address
Bank account information
Enter the corrected or updated information in the fields.
Tap Submit to save your changes.
Once submitted, the recipient’s information will be updated in your account.
Important notes
Make sure you enter the details accurately — especially the name and bank account information — to avoid errors when sending money.
If the update affects a scheduled transfer, double-check before confirming the payment.
