You can send money to your registered beneficiary directly from your KyodaiApp. Follow the simple steps below to complete a remittance request.

Step-by-step guide to send money

1. Open the KyodaiApp on your smartphone.
2. On the home screen, tap Send Money.
3. On the Where do you want to send? screen, choose the destination country. You can search, or pick from your frequent and all-country lists.
4. Select the beneficiary you want to send money to.
5. Enter the amount under You send and choose the currency. The app shows the amount your Recipient gets, along with the Service Fee and Rate.
6. Check the payment method under Paying with and tap Change if you’d like a different one.
7. Choose when to send — Today, or tap Schedule to send later.
8. Review the Confirm amount summary and continue.
9. Enter your 4-digit PIN to complete the request.
10. Your remittance request is complete. You’ll get a notification once the payment is processed.

Things to know before you send

• You must be registered in Kyodai Remittance and have your identity and your beneficiary approved before sending money.

• Make sure the beneficiary’s details are up to date to avoid delays or issues.

• The app will show the exchange rate and fees before you confirm the transfer.

After your request is sent

Once your remittance request is completed in the app:

• You will receive a notification when the transfer is processed.

• You can track the status of your transfers within the KyodaiApp.
