We’re pleased to introduce a new and convenient way to top up your Ria Kyodai App at Seven Bank ATMs across Japan. Using a simple and secure QR code process, you can deposit cash directly into your app—no branch visit or Kyodai Card required.
You can top up amounts from ¥1,000 up to approximately ¥500,000 per transaction. A ¥300 ATM service fee applies.
What you’ll need:
- Your Ria Kyodai App
- A smartphone
- Cash for the deposit
- Access to a Seven Bank ATM
Step-by-step guide to top up your balance at a Seven Bank ATM:
- Visit a Seven Bank ATM.
- In the Seven Bank ATM, select the “Deposit / Withdrawal Money Transfer”
- Select “Scan QR code using smartphone”
- Open your Ria KyodaiApp
- Select “Scan QR, top up from ATM (Seven Bank)”
- Read the QR code displayed at the Seven Bank ATM.
- On the Seven Bank ATM Press “Next”
- Enter the "Company Number" shown in your app after scanning the QR code.
- Press “Confirm”
- Complete the deposit at the ATM
- Return to your Ria KyodaiApp and the amount will appear in your balance.
