How do Kyodai Remittance service fees work?
When you send money with Kyodai Remittance, a service fee is charged on every transfer. The fee depends on your destination country, the amount you send, and the payment method (for example, cash pickup, bank deposit, or e-wallet).
To see the most up-to-date fees for every country and payout option, please visit the official Kyodai Remittance Fees page:

How to check the fee before you send
Open the Kyodai Remittance app.
Start a new transfer.
Select your beneficiary and amount.
Before you confirm, the app will show you the service fee and exchange rate for that transfer.
This lets you see exactly how much your transfer will cost before you complete the transaction.
Important things to know
Fees are listed in Japanese yen (¥) and vary by country, amount range, and payment method.
Fees may change over time due to updates in rates and policies—always refer to the web page above for the latest information.
Some payout methods (such as e-wallet delivery) may have different fee structures than cash pickup or bank deposit.
Additional costs (such as ATM fees, intermediary bank fees, or receiving bank fees) may apply in some cases; these are not included in the Kyodai Remittance service fee.
