Once you complete a deposit at the ATM:
The money is automatically transferred to your beneficiary.
No additional action is required from you.
The transfer process starts automatically after the deposit is completed.
I didn’t receive a notification after depositing. What should I do?
If you do not receive a notification confirming the completion of the process:
Please go to Contact us for assistance.
I can’t deposit the exact amount I want to send. What should I do?
ATMs only accept paper bills, so you may not always be able to deposit the exact amount you wish to send.
If you need to send an exact amount:
Please use Electronic Bank Transfer Service (Denshin Furikomi) instead.
