How to request your remittance history
In the KyodaiApp
This is the easiest and fastest way to request your remittance history.
Open your KyodaiApp.
Go to the menu.
Select Remittance history or Statement.
Choose the period you want to request.
Submit your request.
Once submitted, your remittance history will be processed according to the instructions shown in the app.
At a Kyodai Remittance branch
You can also request your remittance history in person.
Visit any Kyodai Remittance branch.
Bring your valid identification document.
Inform the staff that you would like to request your remittance history.
Staff will assist you with the request process.
By email
If you prefer, you can request your remittance history by email.
Complete the form with the required details.
Attach a clear copy of your valid ID.
Send the completed form and ID copy by email, following the instructions on the form.
Make sure all information is accurate to avoid delays.
