If you’ve submitted a request — such as a deposit notification, remittance request, or document upload — you can view the status of those requests directly in your KyodaiApp.
Where to find pending requests
Open the KyodaiApp on your smartphone.
Go to the menu or notifications section.
Look for the section labeled “Pending requests” or “Last Requests”.
You will see a list of requests that are currently being processed.
What you can see in pending requests
In the pending requests section, you can usually find:
Requests you have submitted that are not yet completed
Requests such as:
Remittance requests that are being processed
Deposit notifications awaiting verification
Document uploads pending review
The status or progress of each request
