To send money with Kyodai Remittance, you must first register the beneficiary in your KyodaiApp. Follow the steps below to add a new beneficiary quickly and correctly.
Step-by-step guide
Open the KyodaiApp on your smartphone.
Tap the “beneficiarys” icon at the bottom of the home menu.
Tap “Add beneficiary” to start the process.
Enter the general remittance information, then tap Next.
Enter the beneficiary’s personal information, then tap Next.
Enter the beneficiary’s document information, then tap Next.
Enter the beneficiary’s address information, then tap Next.
Enter the beneficiary’s contact information, then tap Next.
Select the payment method and remittance currency:
Cash pick-up
Bank account deposit
e-Wallet
Enter the required details for the option you choose, then tap Next.
Once all information is completed, the beneficiary will be added to your app.

Make sure you have all necessary beneficiary details before you start (full name, address, contact info, and payment method).
Double-check that the beneficiary’s name matches their official ID exactly (same spelling and order of names).
