After you make a deposit for a remittance—such as a bank transfer (Denshin Furikomi) or another method—you need to let Kyodai Remittance know about your deposit so the transfer can be processed.
You can do this easily using the KyodaiApp.
How to notify Kyodai of your deposit in the app
Open your KyodaiApp on your smartphone.
On the home screen, find and tap “Inform a deposit”.
Enter the details of the deposit you made:
The amount you deposited
The date of the deposit
The remittance method you used (for example, bank transfer)
Any reference information required
Follow the in-app instructions to submit these details.
Once submitted, Kyodai Remittance will match your deposit with your account and begin processing the remittance to your beneficiary.
Tips for a smooth process
Make sure the deposit amount and date you enter match exactly what you submitted at the bank or ATM.
Choose the correct beneficiary in the app, if required.
You may receive a confirmation or notification once you've completed these steps.
Why you need to notify us of your deposit
Notifying us of your deposit in the app helps Kyodai Remittance confirm your payment so your money can be transferred to your beneficiary without delay. This is especially important for bank transfer (Denshin Furikomi) or similar payment methods.
