Why My Number is required

Under Japanese law, all customers must submit their Individual Number (My Number) as part of identity verification. You can upload your My Number directly through the Kyodai App to complete this requirement.

How to upload your My Number in the Kyodai App

1. Open the KyodaiApp on your smartphone.
2. Go to Settings and tap Upload MyNumber Picture.
3. On the Valid options for My Number declaration screen, choose which document you’ll use:
   • My Number card
   • My Number notification card
   • JUMINHYO with My Number displayed
4. Tap Continue.
5. Follow the in-app instructions to take or upload a clear photo of your chosen document.
6. Confirm and submit your details.

Once submitted, your My Number will be linked to your account and used for regulatory and verification purposes.

Tips for a successful upload

• Make sure you enter the full 12-digit My Number correctly.

• Use a clear photo of your My Number card or document.

• If your My Number is printed on a card, ensure all numbers are readable.
