Step-by-step guide to send money

1. Open the KyodaiApp on your smartphone.

2. Tap “Remit” from the home menu.

3. Select the beneficiary you want to send money to.

4. Choose the currency for the transfer.

5. Enter the amount you want to send, then tap Next.

6. Review the remittance summary and tap Next.

7. Read the notification and tap Confirm.

8. Enter your 4-digit PIN and tap Confirm.

9. Your remittance request is complete — you will receive a notification once the payment is processed.

Things to know before you send

• You must be registered in Kyodai Remittance and have your identity and your beneficiary approved before sending money.

• Make sure the beneficiary’s details are up to date to avoid delays or issues.

• The app will confirm the exchange rate and fees before you confirm the transfer.

After your request is sent

Once your remittance request is completed in the app:

• You will receive a notification when the transfer is processed.

• You can track the status of your transfers within the KyodaiApp.
