You can update your identification documents and registered address easily through the KyodaiApp. This ensures your information stays accurate and up to date for compliance and verification purposes.

Steps to update your documents and address

1. Open the KyodaiApp on your phone.

2. Tap your profile icon or go to Settings.

3. Find and tap the pencil icon next to “Document & Address”.

4. Enter your updated address and document information.

5. Tap Next.

6. When prompted, tap Take picture and take a clear photo of the front side of your document, then tap Next.

7. Tap Take picture again and take a clear photo of the back side, then tap Next.

8. Once completed, your document and address will be updated successfully.

Tips for successful submission

• Make sure the photos are clear and readable.

• Confirm your address matches what appears on your document.

• Follow all in-app prompts carefully to avoid errors.
