You can keep your identification documents and registered address up to date in the KyodaiApp. This makes sure your information stays accurate for verification and compliance.

View your details

1. Open the Kyodai App on your smartphone. 
2. Go to the menu by tapping the three dots (...).
3. Select Update My ID.
4. Enter the required information, including your Document Number, Document Expiration Date, and Date of Expiration (for Visa).
5. Take clear photos of both sides of your ID, ensuring all information is visible. Complete the ID update process.

Update your document details

1. On the My profile screen, tap Edit next to Document details.
2. On the Update document details screen, check and update:
   • Document number
   • Document expiration date
   • Visa type
   • Postal code
3. Tap Continue to save your changes.

Update your personal details and address

1. Go to the menu by tapping the three dots (...). 
2. Select Edit My Profile. 
3. Select Personal Details or Contact Information to update your personal details. 
4. Select Document Details to update your address, and don't forget to upload clear photos of both sides of your ID showing your new address.

Tips for a smooth update

• Check that your address matches what appears on your document.
• Make sure your document number and expiration date are entered correctly.
