If you need to receive a refund from Kyodai Remittance—for example, when a transfer is cancelled or cannot be completed—you must provide your bank account details so we can return the funds to you.
You can add your bank account information on the KyodaiApp or your online account following the steps below.
How to add your bank account information
Log in to your KyodaiApp or your online account.
Go to your profile settings or account information section.
Find the option for Bank account information (or similar).
Enter your bank account details clearly and accurately:
Bank name
Branch name/code
Account number
Account holder’s name (must match your registered name)
Save your changes.
Once added, this bank account will be used for any refunds Kyodai Remittance needs to issue to you.
Why bank account information is needed
Bank account information is required so Kyodai Remittance can:
Return refunded funds to you directly, and
Process refunds securely and accurately.
Without bank details, refunds cannot be issued.
Important notes
Make sure your name on the bank account matches the name registered with Kyodai Remittance.
Enter all details carefully — incorrect bank information can delay or prevent a refund.
