Why My Number is required

Under Japanese law, all customers must submit their Individual Number (My Number) as part of identity verification. You can upload your My Number directly through the Kyodai App to complete this requirement.

How to upload your My Number in the Kyodai App

Follow these simple steps inside your Kyodai App:

1. Open the Kyodai App on your smartphone.

2. Go to Menu or Settings.

3. Look for the “Upload My Number” option.

4. Follow the in-app instructions to:

   • Enter your My Number (12-digit Individual Number)

   • Upload any required photos or documents as requested

5. Confirm and submit your details.

Once submitted, your My Number will be linked to your account and used for regulatory and verification purposes.

Tips for a successful upload

• Make sure you enter the full 12-digit My Number correctly.

• Use a clear photo of your My Number card or document.

• If your My Number is printed on a card, ensure all numbers are readable.
