Steps to update your address
Open the Kyodai App on your device and tap your profile icon.
Tap the pencil icon beside Document Details.
If you have a new residence card, enter your new ID number and expiration date, and select your visa type. Enter your new postal code, then tap "Continue".
Complete your address details, then tap "Continue".
Tap "Continue" to take a clear photo of the front side of your document. Check the photo before submitting.
Tap “Continue” again and take a clear photo of the back side. Check the photo before submitting
Once completed, your document and address will be updated successfully.

Confirm that the address on your document matches your current registered address.
