You can view all your past remittances in the KyodaiApp and filter them to find a specific transaction.

View your transactions

1. Open the KyodaiApp on your smartphone.
2. Tap Transaction at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll through your transactions, grouped by date. Each entry shows the beneficiary, the payment method and the status (for example, Completed or Cancelled).

How do I download my remittance history?

You can request a summary of your past transactions and have it emailed to you.

1. Tap the menu icon (⋮) in the top right corner.
2. Select Request remittance history.
3. Choose the date range you want.
4. Select the beneficiaries to include, or select all to include everyone.
5. We'll email your transaction history to you.

Filter your transactions

1. On the Transaction screen, tap the filter icon.
2. Choose a time period under Interval of — Last 7 days, Last 14 days or Last 21 days.
3. Choose a Transaction type — All, Bank transfer, Cash pick up or eWallet.
4. Tap Apply to see your filtered results.

You can also use the search bar to find a transaction by beneficiary name.
