The easiest and fastest way to request your remittance history is in the KyodaiApp. You can request a summary for all your beneficiaries, or choose specific ones.
How to request your remittance history
- Open the KyodaiApp on your smartphone.
- Go to Settings and tap Request Remittance History.
- Choose your History period.
- Select the beneficiaries you want included in the summary, or skip the selection to receive the history for all of them.
- Tap Request.
- Your remittance history will be processed according to the instructions shown in the app.
